Group exercise classes, wellness programs, and instructional classes are just a few of the activities we offer.
Aqua:  This water aerobic class is varied to provide you with a different water workout each week. It includes cardio and toning activities, internal training and game-like movements to make you move.
Circuit:  This class is perfect for anyone who has a tight schedule and does not mind a group setting. The class will incorporate core training, weight training, and body weighted exercises. Participants will achieve a well balanced workout routine.  
Pilates: This class combines the works of Joseph Pilates with general stretching and yoga based moves to give you the ultimate workout. This core endurance-building workout is designed specifically to help you improve your body alignment and posture. You will leave this class feeling taller, leaner and younger, yet completely relaxed. 
Cycle: A high intensity, low impact aerobic workout that simulates a rigorous bike ride, but indoors. With great music this class will increase you’re your cardiovascular fitness level as well as your lower body strength. 
Tone 2 Stone:  Whether you want to build muscle or de-jiggle your middle, this class hits the spot! This class is not just for the die hards-remember that adding some muscle can help you burn more calories at rest, helping you drop a few pounds even while you sleep. What are you waiting for? 
Cardio Sculpt:  Cardiovascular and basic toning exercises using a variety of toning equipment. Increases strength and muscular development. Concludes with stretching. 
Physio Ball:  Tone your body in this high-energy, muscle-burning class. We’ll use the Physio ball to strengthen and sculpt legs, abs and upper body. A focus is placed on overall strengthening and each session ends with core conditioning and stretching.
