Lake Jovita is a 1,054 acre upscale, master-planned community. Its expansive landscape features rolling hills, undulating valleys, hardwood forests and two championship golf courses.

The landscape and elevation changes here are far more typical of North Carolina then they are of Florida. But make no mistake Lake Jovita is Florida at its finest. Downtown Tampa is just 35 minutes to the south.
