Jim Hafner - Head Golf Professional Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Jim has been a PGA Professional since 1986. After attending the University of South Florida, he began his career as an assistant at Seven Springs Golf and Country Club in New Port Ritchey. He moved to Naples and spent the majority of his career there, most recently at Tiburon Golf Club, where he was the Director of Golf. Jim has been the recipient of Golfworld Business' 100 Best Golf Shops four times and has hosted the PGA Tour's Franklin Templeton Shootout and Celebrity Player's Tour's Dodge Invitational. He prides himself on providing exceptional service and a golf experience that members can truly be proud of. Jim has three children, Zach age 17, Jami age 10, and Kylie age 5. He enjoys football, hockey, country music, and playing Texas holdem'. If you are interested in working on your game or chatting, stop in the Pro Shop, his door is always open.
Sven Nelson III - 1st Assistant Golf Professional
Originally from Danbury, CT, Sven was exposed to the game of golf at a very early age. Sven has been part of the PGA since 1998 and has shared his years of experience in the golf industry with various establishments such as Hunter’s Green Country Club, Solana Golf & Country Club, Pebble Creek. Most recently he served as Director of Golf for Walden Lake Golf & Country Club. A former Ranger in the United States Army, Sven believes in hard work and dedication. He thoroughly enjoys teaching the game as well as focusing on customer service. In addition to his love of the game, Sven is also an accomplished culinarian with a degree in the culinary arts. He is married and has two cats.
Mike Marceron - Assistant Golf Professional
Originally from Rockville, MD, Mike has been involved with golf for over 25 years. He has held positions and various courses in Maryland, including Lakewood Country Club, Brentwoods Recreation Center, and Willow Springs. Taking a break in 1997 he spent a number of years as a Mortgage Broker and in 2007 decided to return to his passion, golf. He joins us from Old Memorial. Mike's second passion is water sports. In his free time Mike water skis and goes boating. He has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Mike enjoys people and takes pride in providing the utmost customer experience.
